With still much to do, I was supposed to take the boat to the shop and have the engine mounted. After I got the boat on the trailer I went to adjust the bunk guides and the U-bolts broke off. It was late in the evening and I could not find the them anywhere.  I was afraid to move the trailer, for fear that the boat would fall off. Needless to say, the next day,  I could not make the small window of time given to me by the engine shop to have the motor mounted. Oh well, no launching Memorial Weekend.
